Although we often prefer surveyors to take the advantages and flexibility of remote working, we can also provide office accommodation in certain parts of the country.

Training and Development

At CSS we understand the importance of continuous learning and development and we seek to introduce best practice and continuous improvement approaches into our business processes and technical evaluation. This is supported by the training and education of our surveying staff.

As a result, we have a number of schemes in place to ensure each individual can realise their full potential within the company. Our surveyors are encouraged and supported in keeping up to date with the latest and anticipated issues in building control, design and construction through internal training and development through Carillion’s “Learning Works” and sourcing selected external courses run by the professional institutions, such as the RICS or ABE.
