CSS deliver the services of Approved Inspector throughout England and Wales supported by a regional office network, with each location being able to support the full range of our services.
Through this network, our surveyors have access to local knowledge of a wide range of areas to assist our customers through the approval process
We have a comprehensive national coverage from a network of surveyors who are strategically located throughout the country providing an effective response to our customers.
Due to our investment on a state of the art electronic document management system you are now able to send all documentation to a single address, from where it will be forwarded electronically to your allocated surveyor. ‘All of the Carillion offices have the facility to accommodate video conferencing.
Our document management and viewing system allows customers to e-mail, or send by CD-ROM, copies of project data. Our surveyors then access this information remotely and can view all information, scale, and provide annotated revisions to drawings and reply by e-mail.
Revisions and annotated drawings can be sent swiftly back to clients and pre-submission advice and technical queries can be answered.
All projects are entered onto our project management system and our surveyors use this to update progress on their projects. We are therefore able to give an up to date status on our customers’ projects at any time
